All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice until a formal contract is signed. We require a deposit before starting work on most projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.

If additional work is needed beyond the original scope, we will provide a written estimate before proceeding. You are responsible for any costs associated with late payments, including collection fees and legal expenses.

Warranties

Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation and labor for the period specified in your contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product. These warranties do not cover damage caused by weather events, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others.

To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow recommended maintenance schedules and report any issues promptly. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and include documentation of the issue.

Liability

Cornerstone Centreville Roofing carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all employees. We are not liable for damage to property that is not disclosed to us before work begins, including existing structural issues or hidden damage.

Our liability is limited to the cost of repairs or replacement of defective work. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to all work areas. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items that may interfere with our work. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but you are responsible for removing or protecting valuable items.

For your safety, please keep children and pets away from work areas. We follow strict safety protocols, but construction sites pose inherent risks.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to fees to cover labor and materials already purchased or used.

Changes to the scope of work must be requested in writing and may result in additional costs and extended timelines. We will provide updated estimates for any changes before proceeding.

Disputes and Resolution

If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration in Centreville, Virginia.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
